Details
Tournament: 4-Player Scramble
Registration & Payment: Teams designate a team captain who will sign up online or by phone. Individuals or groups of less than three may sign up knowing that they may have other players assigned to them.
Payment may be made in advance or at registration. Online payment is available here or checks can be made out to BICS and mailed to PO Box 1888 Lenox, MA 01240 (*designate “BICS Open” in the memo line).
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for: Gross Score, Net Score, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Drive.
Add-ons: Available for purchase at registration will be various add-ons: mulligans, string, and red tee advantage.
Meal: A picnic lunch is included in the registration cost and will follow the tournament, at approximately 1:00 pm. This will be located at Hope Church (259 Kemble Street in Lenox) – just over a mile away from Wyndhurst. Prizes will be awarded and a Raffle/Auction will be held. Please join us! Non-golfers are invited to join us for the lunch with prior RSVP at a cost of $25.
Drinks: Beverages are available for purchase at the clubhouse bar.

The BICS Open will be held at Wyndhurst Golf & Club in Lenox, MA located at 112 Lee Rd, Lenox, MA.

Please note the following course policies:
No coolers will be permitted on the course and no alcohol purchased elsewhere may be brought onto the property. Likewise, no alcohol may be brought to the lunch following the tournament (lemonade and water will be available for the picnic lunch).
Please dress appropriately for a golf outing (i.e. collared shirt, no jeans, etc). Shirts and soft spikes or spikeless shoes are required. Shoes with cleats are not allowed.
In the case of inclement weather, a rain date may be set. Team Captains will be notified by May 3 if a rain date is necessary.
Please abide by all posted course rules and any additional tournament rules.

About Our Cause
All proceeds from this golf tournament will benefit students and provide scholarships at the Berkshire Institute for Christian Studies (BICS). BICS is a one-year educational program for young adults located in Lenox, MA. For more than 35 years, BICS has served over 400 students – seeking to equip them with a biblical worldview.
Because our students cannot receive federal financial aid, they rely heavily on assistance through our Founders Scholarship and our DiscipleBuilder Scholarship Fund. The proceeds of this tournament will help to provide much-needed financial assistance to our students.
